I started my very first Bullet Journal at the beginning of July three years ago, and though I didn’t know it at the time, I’ve basically been planning in the spirit of One Book July ever since.
One Book July is an annual challenge hosted by Carie Harling, RhomanysRealm and MissVickyBee. Originally the challenge was: One book, One pen, One month. But then they branched out, included a “One project” element, among other things.
Now the challenge is a choose-your-own-adventure of planning self-awareness, which is where I come in.
I’m setting myself the challenge of posting one video every day in July. I’ve done “One Month in my Bullet Journal” challenges before–I often find they help when I run out of video ideas–but this time, I’m incorporating the spirit of One Book July… with more than one book.
I’m starting the month with one week in a DIY Happy Planner Micro size. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed with my planning system lately, and I have a list of things that need to get done before my daughter’s birthday party this Saturday, so I’m downsizing in an attempt to clear my head.
I’ll update you in a week to let you know how it goes!
