I usually like to start these newsletters with a summary of my month,
But this month sort of defies simple summary. I've had some pretty high highs and low lows recently, so here's a list of times recently when I've been grateful I had my planner:
|
- Special dress days and half days at school.
- Planning the baby's first birthday party.
- Prepping the garden for the fall.
- Taking days off to protect my kids from hand-foot-mouth.
- Trying to work from home to protect my kids from Covid.
- Remembering what we have that we can cook for dinner.
Life feels hectic sometimes, and I've found myself leaning on the basic lifeline of a to-do list recently. It's a good reminder that planning is more than just a fun creative outlet, some times, more than others.

A fresh perspective
