I think my planner needs a good scrub
It's that time of the year, when the days warm up and your brain starts to defrost, that you might be finding (like I have) that your systems and strategies are due for a reset.

I talked about this in a video recently. There's a disconnect between what I plan to do and how much time I actually have to do it in, so I'm working lately on rethinking my systems to focus on what I really need to do, and importantly, how it fits into my actual day.
